Bulk Pre-Sorted Mail
We grant discounts on postage charges for bulk-mails which are presorted in accordance with the sorting scheme prescribed by the regional office concerned.

If you wish to avail of this service, you may apply for a bulk pre-sorted mail permit and pay for the corresponding annual fees.

Pre-sorted letters, individually addressed second class mails and printed matters for domestic delivery may be mailed as Bulk Pre-Sorted mail.

Charge Account
Bulk mailers who may want to avail of this mail-now-pay-later arrangement may file their application with their local Post Office. A minimum of 2,000 pieces per mailing is required to entitle a customer to this deferred payment scheme.

Free Pick-up Service
As an added service to our bulk mailers, we provide, upon request, free pick-up service for large volume of mail not less than 10,000 pieces. Special arrangements can also be made for Express Mail with less number of pieces.

Restricted Delivery of Mail
The sender of a Registered Mail or Express Mail may restrict its delivery upon payment of the prescribed fee. Such mail shall be marked “Deliver to Qualified Addressee Only”. The same shall not be delivered to anybody except the addressee.
